return/exchange policies:
We are happy to exchange an item if you are unsatisfied with a product. You must contact us within 10 days of purchase to make the exchange. The item must be unused, unwashed with the original tags and packaging. Shipping and handling on returned items is non-refundable. Please contact us before returning. Personalized, custom products or sale items cannot be returned or exchanged!

shipping:
We usually ship in about 2-3 business days within the United States.  Items that are custom or personalized and lil' sweet treats may take longer.  Please allow up to 7-10 business days for these items.  We do our best to ship it out in less time depending on the number of custom orders we have received!

payment options:
We accept Paypal and credit card payments.

tax:
Sales tax will be charged to residents of Texas.

Please note: All products, when in use, are close to your baby's face. Never leave your baby alone to ensure the product does not cover your baby and interfere with breathing. Products purchased from "lil' somethin' sweet" are NOT intended for use while sleeping due to the risk of suffocation.

Important Safety Information:

• Please remember that with all babyslings, your baby is not tied in. Please remember that an uncooperative child could wiggle and work their way out of a sling.

• Put an arm around your baby when you squat or bend over.

• Do not use your sling during rigorous or possibly dangerous activities such as jogging, cooking, etc.

care:
We recommend that all our products be washed in cold water with like colors on hand washing or delicate cycle.  Dry on low heat or tumble/air dry.  For products with Velcro, latch it before washing.  This will help your products last longer! Do not iron blankets! Do not wash or dry laminated products!
